                                                                                                               Classroom teachers are invited to join the BPS Library Media Department as they explore the iPad 2 as an instrucitonal tool. During the 2011-2012 school year, our department will be getting up close and personal with iPad 2 technology. Get your students speaking, in another language. Lingt Language allows students to practice their foreign language skills online by allowing teachers to build assignments online that use voice, video, images, and text with the Lingt online editor. Students can then interact with the assignments and respond.

This is evidenced by a number of reading initiatives and programs facilitated and supported by the Library Media Department ( Accelerated Reader, Battle of the Books, Birbery, Breakfast Club, and the BEF Author and Artist Incentive Program).
